Adam D'Sylva

Adam has built himself an enviable culinary reputation as Chef and co owner of CODA and TONKA, two of Melbourne’s hottest bars and restaurants.

Adam won The Age 2008 Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year.

In June 2009, Adam opened his highly anticipated first restaurant, CODA which has been awarded One Chefs’ Hat in The Age Good Food Guide since 2010.

More recently he opened TONKA in march 2013, and has been awarded One Chef’s hat since opening.
